Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from your total balance on the day of your service.

All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited unless you meet the rescheduling conditions set out below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee and will be required to pay a new deposit to rebook.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible via the details at the bottom of this page.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds on hair unit services once a fitting has taken place. This is due to the bespoke and personalised nature of the service — each unit is ordered and prepared specifically for each client.

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us immediately so that we can discuss any concerns you may have. We will do our best to work with you to come up with a suitable resolution.

Damage Waiver

All clients receiving hair unit services are required to complete a damage waiver form upon arrival at the studio. This form acknowledges the inherent risks associated with hair unit fitting, removal, and maintenance.

The waiver covers:

• Pre-existing hair or scalp conditions
• Reactions to adhesives or bonding agents
• Hair loss or breakage as a result of prolonged unit wear
• Damage caused by self-maintenance outside of studio guidance

We will always advise you on the safest approach for your specific hair type and lifestyle. Please inform us of any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or allergies before your appointment.

Studio Conduct

Carter Creative Hair Studio is a private, professional environment. We ask all clients to arrive on time and to treat the studio and its team with respect.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.
• The studio operates on an appointment-only basis — walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
• Photography and video for personal use is welcome. Please ask before posting any content that includes other clients or staff.
