No. There are no surgical procedures or damaging chemicals applied to the client's hair or scalp. Non-surgical hair replacement is a completely safe, non-invasive alternative to hair transplants.

Carter Creative Hair Studio is located in Pollard Yard, Ancoats, Manchester. There is only one studio. Free parking is available and there are public transport links nearby. All appointments are private and by appointment only.

The process can take anywhere between 2–3 hours depending on the desired style. Please allow enough time and avoid booking anything immediately after your appointment.

A personal consultation is available. To get started, please complete the enquiry form and include 1–3 photos of your current hairstyle (front, both sides, and back) along with 1–2 photos of your desired style.

A scalp protectant is applied first, followed by a specialist hair adhesive designed specifically for hair systems. The bond is secure enough for daily activities including exercise.

No. All custom hair units must be fitted in person to ensure the correct size, style, and finish. You can however purchase uncut, unfitted units from the online shop.

No — everything you need is provided at the appointment. You don't need to source or bring anything with you.

Hair units can last up to 4 months depending on the style and base material selected, as well as your lifestyle. Many clients get more than 6 months of use from a unit with proper care.

You can perform all daily activities including exercise. However, excessive exposure to water is not recommended — the more water exposure (including sweat), the looser the unit will become over time.

Yes. All hair units can be cleaned and reapplied. You'll be shown how to do this properly at your appointment.

At your appointment you'll be shown exactly how to maintain your style at home. A maintenance package is also provided so you have everything you need regardless of where you're based in the UK or abroad.
