We are based within Pollard Yard in Ancoats near Manchester City centre and are therefore well-connected to the rail, Metrolink, bus and road networks. The site neighbours Ancoats and New Islington, and is a 20 minute walk from the city centre along the canal.

  • Road: there is direct access to the M60 via the Mancunian Way, the M602 is a 10 minutes’ drive away and the M62 is less than 15 minutes away.

  • Rail: the nearest train stations are Piccadilly

  • Tram: (Holt Town) then a 5 min walk

  • Bus: 216 230 231 from Piccadilly Gardens every 10 mins to Hillkirk Street then a 10 minute walk. Bus 217 74 76 to Cambrian Street then a 5 mins walk

  • On foot: 25 min walk from Piccadilly Gardens, 20 min from Piccadilly Station
