Updated Cancellation Policy

Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.

You will still be required to pay for the appointment if you forget to cancel.

Appointment confirmation will now be sent 48 hours before your appointment. You will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment and a text message reminder 8 hours before your appointment.

Please take the time to confirm your appointment as this lets me know you are attending.
